Welcome from the Co-Presidents
We are happy to welcome you to the relaunched Harvard Business School LGBT Alumni Association (LGBTAA)!
This is a propitious time for LGBT workplace and human rights issues, and we believe that our alumni community can and should use its gravitas and credibility to influence the national LGBT agenda/conversation. As we begin to gather our community together, we’ll be soliciting your ideas as to the type of leadership role we might play in the social change that is so pivotal to our lives.
In our initial year, we will focus on uniting the LGBT community at HBS, by: - Providing a forum for increased engagement and interaction between the alumni and current students of HBS, through programs such as the LGBT Fellowship and a soon-to-be-launched mentorship program
While we are passionate about the mission and goals of this organization and excited to make progress, we need your involvement to make the LGBTAA a success. First, please be sure to sign up via our membership page if you haven’t already. Then, please take a moment to consider whether you might take an active role in the LGBTAA, either by suggesting or hosting events, encouraging other alumni to join, serving as a professional mentor to current students, or by sharing any other ideas you may have.
